This free 30 minute class blends mindful breathing techniques with Yin yoga, a nourishing floor-based practice rooted in stillness. Each pose is held for 3-5 minutes, allowing time and gravity to passively lengthen muscles and deeper connective tissues.

Yin yoga easefully increases flexibility and mobility, especially in the hips, shoulders, and the spine. Two yoga blocks and a blanket suggested. Suitable for all levels.
